Prepayment Hotel Booking Option - Terms & Policies 

 

What is "Pre-Pay" Option?

 

"Pre-pay" option means full payment will be charged prior to arrival at the hotel. All pre-pay prices are nett inclusive of tax and service charge. There will be no further charges except for other miscellaneous usage of the hotel's or resort's facilities, like mini-bar, telephone calls etc.

 

Payment Method

 

We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX for the payment of your bookings. We also accept bank transfers or cashier cheques (drafted in Thai Baht and made at Kasikorn banks). However, we still require you to furnish us with your credit card details to guarantee your booking.

 

Your credit card statements will reflect charges by "Bank Online System".

 

You are required to transfer the monies to our account once the booking is confirmed.

 

When will you charge to my credit card?

 

We will charge to your card once we confirm your booking.

 

Please be assured that if we are unable to confirm your booking, we will not charge to your card.

 

Guaranteed Booking

 

As many hotels practiced "once book, no amendments or cancellations allowed", once your booking is submitted to us, and once we have confirmed the room or rooms for you, no cancellations are allowed. In cases of cancellations, no refunds will be given.

 

If are need to make amendments, we will try as much as possible to assist you, however, charges may apply.

 

As such, we urge you strongly confirm your check in and check out dates and once you submit the booking, you are deemed to have confirmed the booking details as final.

 

Last Minute Cancellations

 

If you make any cancellations to your booking request less than 10 working days prior to your check-in date, there will be no refund for your booking.

 

If you have made a booking for check in 10 days prior to your check in date, you are deemed to accept that once we confirm the room for you, there will be no changes or cancellations allowed.

 

Who will charge to my credit card?

 

Online Technology, the company involved in fulfilling your booking requests will made the charges to your card. Therefore your statement will show "  TECHNOLOGY  " for the booking.

 

Booking Response Time

 

We generally respond to bookings within 01 working day of your submission. However, sometimes hotels take a longer time to respond to our request for rooms, as such, it may take up to 03 working days to respond to you.

 

Booking Lead Time

 

We require at least 02 working days (usually within 24hours) to process your booking requests. However, if you urgently need a room, we can still try to make the booking for you.

 

Contacts for Changes/Cancellations to your Booking

 

Please contact us directly for any changes or cancellations to your bookings.

 

If you need to make any changes to your bookings, please contact us directly instead of the hotel. Most hotels will not entertain your change requests as we are the party who made the booking. We will have to submit changes or cancellations to your booking to the hotel involved.

 

Please note that if you fail to inform us, your previously confirmed booking will still stand even if you have informed the hotel/s.

 

Changes/Cancellations of your Booking

 

If you need to make changes to your bookings (e.g. extension of stay, additional rooms etc.), please send us an email with your confirmation ID and your Hotels. Online ID, together with your requirements and we will process it as soon as possible or fax to (66 2) 320 0152. Please do not send cancellation or amendment instructions to hotels because they will not be able to amend or issue refunds for these negotiated rates.

 

Alternatively, please give us a telephone call to give us your instructions. We will still require you to follow up with an email cancellation to reconfirm.

Cancellations

 

All cancellations must be instructed to us by e-mail or fax. If time is running short, please give us a call to inform us, followed by the e-mail or fax.

 

Cancellations Charges

 

If you cancel at least 3 working days prior to you check-in date – one night of total booking fees will be imposed
If you cancel 72 hours  prior to check-in date - NO REFUND

Festive Surcharges

 

During peak seasons, or during periods when conventions are held, some hotels impose a surcharge for their rooms.

 

You can assume rates are still the same and make your bookings as normal.

 

If there are any surcharges, we will inform you by e-mail on them. You are free to reject the surcharges and cancel your booking without any penalties, if you are not comfortable with the surcharges.

 

Resident Booking

 

Some hotels in some countries do not accept bookings from the country's residents. For example, some hotels in Thailand do not allow us to book for Thai’s residents, as the rates to locals are higher.

 

You are free to make the booking, and we will keep you informed whether there are any surcharges for your booking, or whether the hotel involved accepts your booking.

 

Again, you are free to reject and cancel the booking (without penalties) if you feel the surcharges are too high.
